I thought I was doing well yesterday, until I had to have dinner.

Total:1500. Urgh.

SO today.

I so very nearly binged on a GIGANTIC packet of crisps, but instead I had TWO crisps..a few yoghurt raisins an orange and a clove or garlic.


So...

I'd had 600..then at tea/evening I had

the food I had instead of bingeing-150?

So I had 1450.

URGH.

BUT, I could have binged, it could have been like 3000. So I'm okayish. :/

So this is my first real entry..that no one will read.

Basically I'm just going to use it for recording calories, so I don't start going insane couting them OVER and OVER again.

I've given up 'healthy eating'
